Meet Your Coach: Cori Noordyk

Cori Noordyk brings a lifetime of athletic experience and a passion for mental performance to her coaching. A lifelong equestrian and alpine skier, Cori grew up excelling in competitive swimming and later expanded her athletic pursuits to include cross-country skiing, mountain biking, snow biking, volleyball, running, and weightlifting.

In 2023, Cori began volunteering as a mountain bike coach with 906 Adventure Team and later began competing in the prestigious 906 Adventure Team’s Endurance Trilogy – The Crusher, Marji Gesick, and Polar Roll. It was during these endurance challenges that she fully realized the critical role mindset plays in athletic performance. A weak mentality can be the difference between success and falling short, and Cori is committed to helping others master their mental game to achieve peak performance.

Cori combines her athletic background with a professional foundation in social work. As a licensed clinical social worker, she brings a unique perspective to sports mindset coaching, blending evidence-based techniques with real-world experience to help athletes overcome mental barriers, build confidence, and thrive in the face of challenges.
