Family therapy can help create profound change for each member of the family system. Each of us impacts our family and how it functions and when the family isn’t functioning right, no one feels good. I believe when family members feel honored, heard and supported, the family system as a whole will function better.

Sometimes families come into family therapy in the middle of a crisis, other times I see families on a maintenance basis to help prevent them from falling into habits that create negative feelings within the system.
